One of our most important jobs as your Real Estate professional is to help you maximize the value and speed of your home sale at minimal cost to you.  The best way to do this, with no exceptions, is to declutter!  Think of clutter as the enemy to your home sale, lurking in the shadows and whispering in buyers ears that come through your home “You don’t want this one!”  Maybe that’s a little dramatic, but not by much! 

Homes that are clean, neat, tidy, and priced correctly sell.  Period.  Homes that are dirty and cluttered negatively affect the emotions of home buyers, creating major obstacles to a fast sale. 

Suggestions for taking these all-important steps include:  

• Renting a storage unit
• Purging
• Having a pizza party with good friends who have large pick up trucks
• Hiring a cleaning service.
